Myterry

You can register using one of the following methods:

• Register with an email address
  • An email containing an authentication code will be sent to your email address. Enter the authentication code in the app to complete the process.
• Register with Apple ID
  • You can register after authentication with your Apple ID. If the “Hide My Email” setting is enabled, a randomly generated email address will be registered as your account information.
• Register with Google ID
  • You can register after authentication with your Google ID.

Tap “Resend Code” to request the authentication code again and check if it arrives at the registered email address. Make sure to allow some time between requests. Additionally, verify if your email address can receive messages. The sender’s email address is “no-reply@myterry.com.”
If you need to correct your email address, tap “Return to Sign In” from the “Enter Authentication Code” screen, then tap “Account Registration” to re-register your email address.

When creating a Myterry, the default name is set to “Myterry + an animal with marking habits.” Feel free to change it to a name of your choice.

Unfortunately, it cannot be changed. In such cases, delete the Myterry using the “Cancel Myterry” option and create a new one.

You can set the maintenance period according to your activity pace, up to a maximum of 30 days.

The maintenance period can be extended by 30 days from the day each activity in the Myterry is completed. If no activity occurs for 30 days, the Myterry will expire, and the area gained will be lost.

It refers to the area within which marking pins can be placed from the home location for activities in the Myterry. Pins cannot be placed outside the activity radius.

For the standard plan, it can be set from a minimum of 100m to a maximum of 500m in 50m increments. The radius can be increased by exchanging earned points for items or upgrading to a higher plan.

At least two pins are required when creating a Myterry. This is necessary for calculating the area along with the home location. If you have fewer than two pins available, you cannot create a Myterry.

The standard plan allows up to 5 pins. This limit can be increased by exchanging earned points for items or upgrading to a higher plan.

These details may not appear on the map if the device’s communication status is poor. Please try switching to another Myterry or force quit the app and reopen it to see if the issue is resolved.

Marking is used as a visual indication within the application to show that activities are being conducted in certain areas of your Myterry. Mark the part of the image you like by dragging and registering it. It will be utilized in future updates of the application.

During activities, the device periodically checks its location to verify whether you are within the range. Factors like sensor accuracy, positioning methods, and the environment can cause discrepancies. Try moving to a different spot or further within the range.

The types of points you can currently earn are listed in the Points Granted List.

By earning points, you can exchange them for various items to expand your Myterry activities. Exchanged items can help you increase the number of Myterries or create larger activity areas to gain more territory.
